John Hartman

John Hartman has owned and operated a successful portrait studio in Stevens Point, WI since 1974. Since its inception, John has constantly sought out new ideas to improve the value of his products and services, as well as the efficiency and profitability of his studio operation.

John has been sharing his ideas and knowledge with photographers for the past twenty-five years, lecturing at state and national conventions and photography schools throughout the US and Canada. He is widely recognized as one of the industry's top experts on marketing and selling professional photography. Since 1996, his sold-out Marketing Boot Camps have been attended by almost 3000 successful studio owners and photographers from every state plus Puerto Rico, Canada and Europe. Those willing to put their Boot Camp knowledge to work have reported an average sales increase of $32,000 after one year—and a recent survey of past students reported an average increase of over $107,000 after several years, directly attributed to what they learned at the Boot Camp.

He is also a Certified Professional Photographer and one of only several dozen photographers worldwide to have received the Associate Degree from the American Society of Photographers.

One of the most captivating and charismatic speakers today, John will share with you ‘behind the scenes’ systems used by the top, world class customer service companies to provide unforgettable customer service. As one of the leading authorities on customer service, organizations across America use his philosophies and systems for creating world class service. He has worked with companies such as the Ritz Carltons, Lexus, Nordstroms, Starbucks, Hallmark Cards, Panera Bread, American Express, Progressive Insurance, US Bank, Nemacolin Resort, Seattle’s Best Coffee, Chick-fil-A, and many more, to help them continue to raise the bar and set the standard in service that consistently exceeds customer expectations. John has pioneered dozens of revolutionary customer service concepts and techniques that are easy to use. He also makes them easy to implement with a process that will not allow your organization to let these great ideas slip through the cracks.

John is not just telling others how to do it. Paul Hartunian

“Every person on this planet can get tremendous amounts of free publicity for any product, service cause or issue. They just have to be taught the simple steps to take...and then take them”, according to Paul Hartunian. Paul is a wiz at showing people how to get mountains of free publicity for their online and offline businesses.

He has shown tens of thousands of people how to use publicity to make sales, get leads, rocket businesses to all time highs, and even become celebrities. His techniques require no special skills, no "insider contacts," and little or no money. Paul and his publicity students have been featured on CNN, Paul Harvey News, The New York Times, the Regis Philbin Show, Smart Money, Forbes, New Jersey Monthly, Money magazine, USA Today, the Wall Street Journal and over 1,000 other radio and TV talk shows. Using his unique publicity techniques, Paul created a worldwide sensation by becoming the first person in history to really sell the Brooklyn Bridge…and become famous and wealthy! “Anyone can duplicate what I’ve done. Not only will I prove that statement, I’ll teach people exactly what to do and how to do it, so they can prove it to themselves.” In his talk “How to Get $1 Million Worth of Publicity...FREE!”,

Paul teaches his audience, step by step, how they can get mountains of free publicity. He reveals the secret to getting on Oprah and the other “majors”. He tells the audience how to conduct themselves during an interview so they not only make a substantial amount of money, but they’re also asked back to do it again! He tells them how he made $400,000 with just one hour of work, thanks to the media. But, more importantly, he shows the audience how to duplicate what he’s done by teaching them the special method he’s developed for getting media coverage. “I can teach peoplehow to get publicity that will get them more business, more customers and more cash in their bank accounts while making them celebrities in their field.”

Arther Rainville

Arthur Levi Rainville, M.Photog., Cr., API, CPP  has been called, “…one of our industry’s premier creative minds.”  Known for enticing photographers to be more innovative in their imagery and their business, Arthur continues to travel the country speaking with groups hungry for his inspirational message. Working out of his decorous studio in historic Whitinsville, Massachusetts for 40 years, he is widely known for his soft, muted, granular color work.  Refinements of this life’s passion lead to his lyrical, quixotic Mansuesco style of today.  Defying a definable formula, Mansuesco, much like Impressionism, is a plurality of looks.  An innate quality of light coupled with a compositional choreography is akin to his signature style.  In a one-man show at the French Cultural Center, his work was astutely referred to as “…a synthesis of observation and imagination blended with a palette of gauzy colors.”  Returning photographic portraiture to a high art form is his muse.

Arthur has taught professionally for 25 years, currently serving as Portrait Chair at the prestigious New England School of Photography in Boston.  He is a prolific author, a noted touring lecturer and has work being shown throughout the United States, South America and Europe. Much of his time is devoted to private consulting and experiential studies.
